I shall not be able to go on with the last of our work at this place. I must run to breakfast now and get off to Birs Nimrûd 15 miles south. This afternoon we leave for Baghdad. Excuse this scrappy chronicle, and accept worlds of love for you, and all my dear ones, the big boy and the little boy, and the baby girl. Lovingly, James.
