Comments: The Albright Institute has five fellowship programs with an approaching deadline. Annual Professorship:$15,000 award for 4.5 months and NEH Fellowships:$37,800 for 9 months and $18,900 for 4.5 months, both for post-doctoral U.S. citizens. Barton Fellowship and Ernest S. Frerichs Fellowship: 2 and 9 months research awards of $5,000 and $11,500 respectively for students enrolled in doctoral programs and postdoctoral scholars. ECA Junior Research Fellowships: 4.5-9 month research fellowship of $48,000 for pre-doctoral and postdoctoral students in Near Eastern Studies. Awards include room and half-board at the Albright Institute. Ernest S. Frerichs and Barton Fellowships have no citizenship requirement. Annual Professorship, Kress, NEH, and ECA Fellowships require U.S. citizenship. Postdoctoral scholars applying for the Barton Fellowship must have received the PhD within the last 5 years.
